Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These conditions govern the relationship between Aromatik Apartments (Calderers 16 SL) and the guest making a tourist accommodation booking in any of our apartments located in the Barri Vell of Girona.

2. Booking process

The booking is confirmed once the initial payment has been received under the conditions indicated at the time of booking. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your stay.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you need different times, contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. Maximum occupancy

Each apartment has a maximum capacity stated on its listing. This capacity must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

5. Cancellation policy

Please refer to our specific cancellation policy for the deadlines and conditions applicable to your booking.

6. House rules

The guest agrees to respect the house rules throughout their stay. Non-compliance may result in termination of the contract with no right to a refund.

7. Liability

Aromatik Apartments is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or by the improper use of the facilities by the guest.

8. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Girona.
